TECHNICAL NOTES
1. This exclusive wide selection of our wood floors is worked using handcrafted and structural processed over the wood surface and finished with pigmented coatings and ecological paints, enhancing and adding value to the natural aspect of wood species and making each floor truly unique. (Please note that for further completions we cannot guarantee uniformity with the first supply made.)
2. Samples displayed at our retailers are purely indicative as are photographs: wood is a natural material as each plank is unique thus it is possible you might find more or less evident chromatic differences.
3. The finishes of our wood floorings aren't constant within the various production lots and they are studied to exalt the typical naturalness of lumber. The characteristics of pigmentation/varnishing of our materials make them subject to colour change and such visual changes may also be marked, this is why samples become purely indicative and cannot be mandatory. When wood floors are treated on the surface with pigmented varnishes and exposed to light, the photo-chromatic processes activated, combined with the properties of some wood species (e.g. tanning for oak wood) cause a chromatic change that make it change into a lighter and yellowish colour. The length of such process is obviously proportional to the quantity of the wood is exposed to; therefore it reaches a higher chromatic fastness after a minimum of 6/8 months to a maximum of a couple of years.
4. The operating environmental humidity must be between 45% and 60% at a temperature of approximately 20°C.
